Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions before you make a confirmed booking either over the phone, via email or by letter .

(i)    for minibus bookings and long distance journeys a deposit may be required, if you cancel your booking this is non refundable.

(ii)    Customer accounts must be made within 14 days of your monthly statement either by cash to a driver or by cheque sent to the address on your invoice.

(iii)    Airport Transfers may incur an additional charge if your return flight is delayed unexpectedly. Normally we can track your flight however  if your flight time changes once we have arrived at the airport we may have to charge you an additional fee.

(iv)    If you travel in one of our vehicles and the vehicle is badly soiled a charge of at least £55 WILL BE CHARGED to cover loss of work and cleaning fees.

(v)    if you travel in one of our vehicles Smoking is prohibited , the consumption of food and drink and transport of animals / certain other items is at our drivers discression.

(vi)   we can not be held responsible for delays to your transport due to traffic other road delays.
